Synchrodex Selective Soldering Modules are suitable for small and big lotsizes in Electronics Production and combines Flexibility and Economic aspects. 

Synchrodex works with wetted all purpose Soldernozzles with single flow and the patented spiral based solder return flow system. This technology avoids solder balls and enables optimal wetting of the solder pads.

Our patended 1,5 mm Micro-Soldernozzle allows to solder pins with very small pitches without affeting neighbouring components.

An optional 150 mm Solder Wave allows fast soldering of Boards which are normally soldered with a conventional Solder Wave System. Furthermore, we offer so called Jet-Wave-Soldernozzles and customized nozzles as well.

The big working area of 457 mm x 610 mm in combination with the Inline Length of only 813 mm helps to save floorspace and make best use of you production area. The Synchrodex Inline concept allows the combination of several modules in one line so that users can upscale prodution to their needs.

All Selective Soldering from Pillarhouse work with a Nitrogen Atmosphere arond the Solder Nozzle. This method guarantees optimal wetting and avoids Oxyid formation. We offer serveral Nitrogen Generator models in combination with our Selecvvtive soldering Systems.

As Standard, all Selective soldering System are equipped with an integrated Drop-Jet Fluxer. Alternativ or in addition, we also offer an Ultrasonic Flux Head. The Ultrasonic Flux Head is an ideal solution in combination with our 150 mm Solder Wave.

Various Preheat-Options are availble to enabler the best Preheat-Process for each Application.

Programs can be made directly on the machine or Off-Line with our PillarPad Programming Package with the use of Gerber Data.
