Tabletop Selective Soldering System PILOT
PILOT is a compact selective soldering system with a very small footprint but it offers the full functionality of "bigger" systems. PILOT is built as a table top system for small and medium lotsizes. For quick changeover, the machine comes with two PCB frames for board sizes up to 330 mm x 250 mm.
PILOT features the same solder nozzle technology as the bigger machines as well as an integrated Dropjet-Fluxer. For heat intensive applications, we offer a Underside Preheating System.
The N2 Generator PG30 produces the required nitrogen for the PILOT soldering process and makes the user independant from external N2 suppliers. Apart from that, the PG30 does not increase the footprint of the complete system, as it also functions as an underframe for the PILOT. The entire system requires less than 1 m² floorspace.
